The IP camera from the WizMind S series in bullet form offers 5 Mpx resolution, a varifocal motorized 7 to 35 mm lens, a field of view of 11 to 31°, IR illumination with a range of 120 meters, audio (microphone, 1x input, 1x output) and alarm (2x input, 1x output). The camera optimizes data flow using smart codecs H.265+ and H.264+. It supports microSD cards up to 512 GB, is suitable for outdoor use due to its IP67 certification, and has IK10 vandal protection against impacts. Power can be supplied via 12 V DC, PoE (802.3af), or ePoE up to 800m.

Video Analysis and AI-Powered Image

It features intelligent video analysis (SMD 3.0) with support for virtual fencing, intrusion detection, people counting, scene change detection, motion detection, and face recognition including attributes such as age, gender, facial expressions, whether the person wears glasses, mustache, beard, etc. These advanced features are accessible through the camera’s web interface. Thanks to AI ISP technology, the camera can easily adapt to scenes and provides high-quality footage that can display fine details of the monitored objects.

Software and Applications

A free software SmartPSS Lite is available for the device, which serves for the management of IP devices such as NVRs and IP cameras. It allows easy device searching, live view monitoring of channels, recording of selected channels based on specified criteria, and playback of recordings. In addition, there is also the DSS Express application available, which offers more features, is free for up to 10 connected clients, and is built on a client-server architecture. The more advanced DSS Pro is already licensed and offers many more analytical functions. For mobile access, the DMSS application is available for download from official app stores (Google Play/Apple App Store).
