Dahua IP thermal-optical camera HY-FT431LFP-TD1F4, 120x90px/1.2mm thermal, 4Mpx/4mm optical

The Dahua thermal-optical camera combines thermal and optical imaging, allowing for detailed monitoring in various lighting conditions. It has a thermal sensor with resolution of 120 x 90px and a 1.2 mm lens as well as a 4Mpx optical sensor with a 4mm lens. The sensor sensitivity is 0.0052 lux and the camera can be powered via PoE or a DC connector. With an IP67 rating, the camera is suitable for outdoor use and handles operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 60°C.

What are thermal cameras good for

Thermal-optical cameras are ideal for monitoring in conditions where there is a need to combine heat detection and visual imagery. They are used, for example, for fire detection, inspection of electrical devices, night security monitoring, or for monitoring temperature changes in industrial facilities. The camera is effective in low visibility conditions and due to its wide temperature measurement range (from -10°C to 200°C), it provides accurate data at distances of up to 10 meters.
