MikroTik FTC21, Fiber to copper converter

An optical-to-copper converter with two 1 Gbps Ethernet ports, an integrated switch chip, SwOS Lite management (supporting VLAN, LAG, IGMP, SNMP, ACL, traffic shaping...), and an outdoor-rated IP55 enclosure. This converter/switch features 2x Gigabit LAN ports (the first with PoE-In power support) and an SFP port with 1 and 2.5 Gbps module support. The device provides versatile power options, supporting PoE-In (24–57 V DC, 802.3af/at) and a DC connector with a voltage range of 24–57 V DC.
