Rubberized and extremely durable chassis with IP54 rating and a special wall mount is perfect for nearly any installation: from public transport to dining cars or logistics facilities, to environments with demanding conditions like extreme heat or cold. LtAP can be exposed to temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. Thanks to the built-in GPS chip, it is also a perfect solution for real-time vehicle tracking. MikroTik offers a simple example of use in the routerOS documentation to help you get started. It is equipped with 3 miniSIM slots for automatic roaming/mobile operator switching. With these, you can really move your vehicle anywhere.

Expansion options

The unit comes with one free miniPCI-e slot, which offers many options for expansion. For example, you can install a second LTE modem for redundant connection or a 5 GHz card for Dual Band Wi-Fi. The second miniPCIe slot is occupied by the LTE7 modem R11e-LTE7 with support for LTE channels (1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 32, 38, 40, and 41).
