The Omada Series L3 PoE Switch by TP-Link is a manageable Layer 3 switch featuring 24 Gigabit LAN ports and an additional 4 SFP+ ports with 1/10 Gbps speed (all 4 ports can be used for stacking). The switch is rack-mountable in a standard 19" rack and operates completely silently thanks to its fanless design.
