Ubiquiti ETH-SP-G2 Outdoor ethernet surge protector, 10kA

UBNT ETH-SP-G2 is a surge protector from Ubiquiti networks for outdoor units. It is an effective device protection (including PoE-powered devices) with connection speed up to 1 Gbps, allowing harmful electrostatic discharges and surges to be redirected directly to the ETH-SP and ensuring safe grounding . Your network devices will thus always remain protected.

ETH-SP-G2 is equipped with two RJ-45 ports (input + output) and supports both passive 24/48V and active 802.3af PoE power.

Difference from the first generation

The only difference compared to the first generation is the higher maximum peak current, which is 10kA. For the first generation, the peak current was a maximum of 5kA.
