The AP6 access point from Alta Labs features a compact shape, elegant design, and allows for seamless integration into any commercial or residential environment. The AP6 is powered only via Ethernet for a simple and clean installation.

The creators have done an exceptionally good job with individual features such as reliable roaming implemented through the 802.11r/k/v standards, multi-password authentication on the same SSID for separating networks based on passwords, or content filtering using a DPI engine that does not require any additional hardware and does not reduce the throughput of the access point.

Multi-password Authentication

An innovative approach to network separation using different Wi-Fi passwords instead of creating virtual SSIDs allows you to increase network throughput. Each password can be linked to a specific speed limit, a set VLAN, a Wi-Fi off schedule, or a hotspot.

Deep Packet Inspection Engine

Content filtering by application, with the selection from an extensive predefined list including possible domain-based blocking, all without reducing throughput and without the need for additional hardware.
