Switch offers a switch button (Switch / VLAN / Extend): Switch mode allows normal data transfer, VLAN mode ins> blocks communication between ports 1-14 (only to ports 15 and 16), and Extend mode reduces the speed on ports 1-14 to 10 Mbps for a range of up to 250 m (ports 15 and 16 are not affected ).
