The IP camera from the WizSense 2 series in a dome design offers a resolution of 2 Mpx, a varifocal motorized lens of 2.7 to 13.5 mm, a field of view of 30 to 108°, IR illumination with a range of 40 meters, audio (microphone, 1x input, 1x output) and alarm (1x input, 1x output). The camera optimizes data flow using smart codecs H.265+ and H.264+. It features intelligent video analysis (SMD+) and can be controlled via a web browser, NVR, or the DMSS mobile application. It supports microSD cards with a capacity of up to 256 GB, is suitable for outdoor use due to the IP67 certification, and has IK10 vandal-proof protection against impacts. Power can be supplied via 12 V DC or PoE (802.3af).

Software and Applications

The SmartPSS Lite software is available for free with the device, which is used for managing IP devices such as NVRs and IP cameras. It allows easy searching for devices, monitoring the live image of channels, recording selected channels according to specified criteria, and playing back recordings. In addition, there is also the DSS Express application, which offers more features, is free for up to 10 connected clients, and is built on a client-server architecture. The more advanced DSS Pro is already licensed and offers many more analytical functions. For mobile access, the DMSS application is available for download from official app stores (Google Play/Apple App Store).
