The network video recorder (NVR) from Hikvision is designed for recording up to 16 IP cameras in various resolutions up to 12 MP with data storage on 4x SATA HDD up to 10 TB per disk. The recorder features 1x 10/100/1000 Mbps + 16x 10/100 Mbps LAN (16x 802.3af/at PoE), PoE budget of 200 W, audio input/output, 16/4 alarm, 2x RS-485, 1x RS-2323, 2x USB 2.0, 1x USB 3.0, 1x HDMI (4K), 1x VGA, and an AC power connector. The maximum power consumption of the recorder without HDD and PoE is 20 W. A mobile Hik-Connect application is available for easy management of the camera system, allowing live video, camera control, and receiving alerts.
