MEAN WELL SDR-240-24 Switching power supply for DIN rail 240W 24V

The SDR-240 series power supplies are industrial power supplies for DIN rail mounting with a metal chassis and an ultra-slim profile. The model SDR-240-24 provides a DC output voltage of 24 V with an adjustable range from 24 V to 28 V. It is mounted on DIN rails TS-35/7.5 and TS-35/15, occupying 63 mm in width. The power supply is designed for a wide input voltage range from 85 V AC to 264 V AC and meets the European standard EN 61000-3-2.

The outer casing of the power supply is made of plastic, effectively protecting against electric shock. With efficiency of up to 94 %, the power supply can operate in a temperature range of -25 to 70 °C. Thanks to the provision of constant current and overload protection, it has wide applicability in both domestic and industrial installations.

An advantage of this power supply is a special relay, which disconnects in case the power supply is functional and connected. In the event of a failure, the relay engages, allowing the activation of, for example, a backup power supply.
