200-Day Battery Life

The camera features a rechargeable and replaceable battery with a low-power consumption protocol that significantly extends usage time. The up to 200-day battery life is based on TP-Link's laboratory testing with 270 seconds of daily usage. Actual battery life may vary depending on settings, usage, and environmental factors.

Sound and Light Alarm

You can activate a sound and light alarm to deter unwanted visitors. The camera is suitable for outdoor placement (IP66 protection). Recorded videos can be stored on a microSD card (up to 512 GB) inserted into the camera or in cloud storage via the Tapo Care service.
