Ubiquiti UACC-CWDM-4, CWDM Mux Demux module, 4 channels

CWDM is a passive MUX / DEMUX unit that allows combining up to four fibers/wavelengths (1270 to 1330 nm) into a single physical route, thereby simplifying and reducing the costs of long-distance fiber deployment. At the other end of the link, the combined signal is split again, so instead of needing eight long fibers, you only require one. CWDM technology provides a solution that increases the capacity of existing fiber infrastructure by enabling multiple channels/wavelengths to run over a single fiber.
