Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Pro Max 48

UniFi Switch Pro Max 48 is a reliable manageable 2.5 Gigabit L3 Switch with a switching capacity of 224 Gbps, (16) 2.5 Gigabit + (32) Gigabit LAN ports and four SFP+ (1/10Gbps) bays. In addition to the standard equipment, the Switch also has a 1.3" touchscreen for providing information about the system, temperature, port statistics and much more. The Switch can be powered via standard 230V but also via UniFi SmartPower RPS, which is more for power backup in case of internal power failure.New is Etherlighting colorful lighting of ports indicating port location, speed or VLAN indication.

Management via UniFi Network

The UniFi switch does not have web management but is managed centrally using the UniFi Network with support for the UniFi mobile app and offers an extensive set of advanced switching protocols and L2 or L3 functions, including operating mode (switching, mirroring or aggregation) per port. The UniFi Network Controller and mobile apps allow administrators to configure and monitor virtually all switch functions in a graphical user interface from anywhere.

Redundant power supply

This generation of switches supports redundant power supply via a special connector to the UniFi SmartPower unit in case of failure of the primary source at the switch.
