Ubiquiti UA-Hub-Gate, UniFi Access Gate Hub

The UniFi Access Gate Hub is designed to manage entry gates within the UniFi Access system. It is an intelligent IP controller that operates the gate through two connected access readers, an intercom, or additional cameras with license plate recognition. The controller is compatible with most electric and magnetic locks, and supports a range of 12V accessories such as motion sensors, buttons, and alarms. Installation is quick and easy, offering simple management of users, visitors, schedules, license plates via cameras, and access permissions through the UniFi Access Controller platform. The hub is powered via PoE, which is not included.

Door Hub Interfaces

• (5) 10/100/1000 Mbps ports (4x PoE-Out - 802.3af, 1x PoE-In 802.3bt)
• PoE out ports for 2 cameras and an entry terminal
• (2) Lock relays supporting 12V power and dry contacts
• (1) AUX relay output for connecting an external siren
• (5) Inputs – gate open, gate position sensor, side door open, side door position sensor, emergency alarm

Recommended Maximum Cable Length with PoE

Cabling of at least Cat 5e is recommended to match the required transmission speed. Minimum conductor gauges are 26 AWG (0.13 mm2) for patch cables and 24 AWG (0.21 mm2) for horizontal or riser cables.
